How does payment work?
We accept bank transfers for payments. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid one day prior to your event or decoration date.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you may cancel your booking. However, please note that the 25% non-refundable deposit will not be returned.

How does it work on the day of the decoration?
You do not need to be present at the time of check-in for hotel room decorations. However, the hotel staff must be aware that we will be arriving to decorate. We will then gain access to the room, which must be unoccupied while we work. We can only arrive at the time of check-in, and we will keep you updated throughout the process, letting you know once the decoration is completed.
